Rewards & Referral

As well as our competitive salary structure, we also have two incentive schemes focused towards rewarding you even further for choosing to work with Trust Education.

The first is our unique “Candidate Reward Scheme” whereby when you work for Trust Education, we will track the number of days that you successfully completed for us.

For every 10 days that you do, you will receive a “Trust Ticket” and for every 50 days, you will receive another 5 tickets. Then the individual who does the most days for us that term will receive an additional 5 tickets, so the more that you work for us, the more opportunities you will have to win!

Running alongside this we have our “Candidate Referral Scheme,” whereby if you refer Trust Education to another candidate you will receive 1 “Trust Ticket” regardless of whether they work for us or not. If that person does go on to register with us, once they have completed 10 days, you will receive another 5 tickets. There is no limit to the number of people that you can refer, so the more that you are able to recommend us, the more opportunities you will have to win!

At the end of every term, we will draw the winners and the prizes will be:
*Term 1 – A new laptop
*Term 2 – Weekend Spa Break
*Term 3 – £500
